According to the provisions of art. 2.2.3 of the Luxembourg Protocol relating to the cooperation of the Competent Authorities of the Member States of the European Union, we are informing you, below, on the conditions under which, in the interests of general good, an insurance undertakings must pursue the insurance activity, in Romania.
The insurance undertakings have to respect the following legislation in interest of general goods:
